The Principled Doctors Report and Report of Findings (ROF) is your second visit — and your most important appointment. Dr. Sam or Dr. Clare sits down with you, reviews your neurological scan results in plain language, and presents a personalized care plan. No pressure. No rush. The decision is always yours.
Our Approach — Gentle Care & Neurological Scans
It means we focus on the relationship between your spine and your nervous system — and how interference in that relationship affects every aspect of your health. We use objective neurological scanning technology (INSiGHT CLA / CORESCORE / HRV) to measure how your nervous system is functioning, not just how you feel on any given day. This gives us a scientific baseline to track your progress visit by visit.
The INSiGHT CLA is a neurological scanning system that measures how your nervous system is functioning using objective data — producing your personal CORESCORE. It measures HRV (heart rate variability), surface EMG muscle tension along your spine, and thermal patterns revealing nervous system stress. No guessing — just your body’s real numbers.
TRT is the most gentle, precise chiropractic method available. Instead of manual manipulation (which can involve cracking sounds), TRT uses the Integrator instrument to deliver a specific, low-force adjustment directly to the nervous system. Not always — X-rays are recommended only when clinically necessary for your safety and the quality of your care. When needed, they give us critical information about the position of your spinal bones and how long subluxations may have been present.
